School description

Welcome to Graded! We are the Escola Graduada de São Paulo, The American School of São Paulo, but everyone knows us simply as "Graded," and we are glad you have visited our website. Whether you are a prospective student or parent, a teacher exploring job opportunities, or simply someone interested in Graded, we hope you find the answers to your questions on this site. We are proud of Graded and the education that we provide our students and we invite you to find out more about us.
Graded has been serving students in Sao Paulo since 1920, building upon a rich tradition of quality education. Our programs and practices reflect the school's mission of providing an excellent individual education that develops responsible and capable citizens. The warm school culture supports high expectations for all and the result is successful students who love their school. What could be better?
Graded offers small classes, taught by experienced and talented teachers, and supported by ample resources. Add to the mix our extensive campus facilities and our up-to-date employment of technology to enhance learning; we have what it takes to make the Graded experience meaningful for each and every child.
I invite you to browse through this site at your own pace. We have tried to include something for everyone here. By using the scroll-down menus under each heading on the home page, you should be able to find the information you need. Parents, students, and faculty can access the private sections of the website by going to the "Community Log-in" page and entering their assigned login and password.
When your website journey through Graded is over, please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about our school. We are proud of what we offer our community and we look forward to sharing the Graded spirit with you.
Sincerely Yours,
Richard M. Detwiler
Superintendent
